Service Agreement – Hire a Co-Founder (Project Manager) to Lead Your Vision

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Boot & Boost Entrepreneur LLP ("the Company/Service Provider") and You ("the Client") who has filled this form to avail the service – Hire a Co-Founder (Project Manager) to Lead Your Vision.

By proceeding, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

• Boot & Boost Entrepreneur LLP only acts as a platform and facilitator to help Clients identify and connect with suitable individuals who may serve as a Co-Founder (Project Manager).
• Boot & Boost is not an employer, recruiter, partner, or guarantor of any Co-Founder or Project Manager introduced under this service.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

• Boot & Boost shall not be liable for any financial loss, business loss, damages, disputes, misrepresentation, or misconduct arising between the Client and the selected individual.
• The Client is solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, background checks, legal documentation, and negotiations with the Co-Founder/Project Manager.
• Boot & Boost does not guarantee the performance, behavior, skillset, or long-term commitment of any individual introduced under this service.

3. Confidentiality

• Boot & Boost ensures reasonable care in handling Client information shared during the service process.
• However, the Company is not responsible for any misuse of information by third parties or the selected Co-Founder/Project Manager.

4. Intellectual Property & Business Rights

• All intellectual property, ideas, or strategies developed in collaboration with the hired Co-Founder (Project Manager) shall belong solely to the Client’s business, unless separately agreed upon by the parties involved.
• Boot & Boost claims no ownership or responsibility over the Client’s business decisions, agreements, or execution.

5. No Guarantee of Success

• The service provided is purely facilitation in nature. Boot & Boost makes no warranties regarding business success, fundraising, growth, or continuity of the relationship between the Client and the hired Co-Founder/Project Manager.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].

7. Acknowledgment by the Client

• You understand Boot & Boost is only a facilitator and bears no liability for future outcomes.
• You will independently verify and formalize any engagement with the selected Co-Founder/Project Manager.
• You release Boot & Boost Entrepreneur LLP from any claims, disputes, or liabilities related to this service.
