3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our services, startups must:

• Be in the early stages of development (e.g., seed or early-stage) or in any other stages.
• Meet any additional criteria specified in our application process.

4. Application Process

Startups interested in our services must submit an application through our website: https://bootboost.in/login/signup.php. Applications will be reviewed, and eligibility will be assessed based on the criteria outlined above.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Certain services may incur fees, which will be clearly outlined at the time of application. Payment terms, including due dates and methods, will be communicated to the Client upon acceptance of services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property created during the provision of our services will remain the property of Boot & Boost unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own pre-existing intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of this agreement, unless required by law.

8. Liability Limitations

Boot & Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, and results may vary.

9. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if there is a breach of these terms or if eligibility requirements are not met. Obligations that survive termination will be specified in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Amendments and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Limitation of Use

Clients agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Force Majeure

Boot & Boost shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
